Ugh. No sleep. 1:35 am. Toby dutifully gets up and keeps me company.
This sucks. First session with a personal trainer Monday, with 2 new lawyers starting. Thanks, sleep. Grr

you’re possibly stressed about all that, by the sounds of it, however my suggestion is get a big rubber and put it on either wrist and just keep plucking it.

That sucks. Have you tried using lavendar scents under your pillow.
I suppose breathing and sleeping techniques if your on the sleepapnia machine would be difficult.
